Stone-Ground Flour
Our batter starts with heritage wheat, milled fresh each morning. You can taste the difference in every fluffy bite.
Fluffy stacks, real maple syrup, and butter that melts just right. We believe the best meals are the ones that feel like home.
We do not just make pancakes. We craft experiences that turn strangers into regulars and mornings into memories.

Sourced from a family farm in Vermont. Dark, rich, and complex — the kind of syrup that makes you close your eyes.
European-style butter with a higher fat content. It melts slower, spreads silkier, and tastes like it was churned this morning.
"The best pancakes are the ones you make for people you love."
Sunday Stack began in 2018 when Chef Maria Chen started selling her family's buttermilk pancake recipe at the Portland Farmers Market. What started as a folding table and a griddle quickly became a line that wrapped around the block.
Today, we are a cozy 40-seat kitchen in the heart of the city. But the recipe has not changed. We still mill our flour fresh. We still source our maple from the same Vermont farm. And we still believe that a perfect stack of pancakes can make any day feel like Sunday.
Warm light, worn wood, and the smell of butter hitting a hot griddle. This is what Sunday feels like.
We do not just serve food. We serve moments. Here is what Sunday mornings look like through their eyes.
"I have eaten pancakes in 12 countries. These are the only ones that made me cry. The butter alone is worth the flight."
"We drive two hours every Sunday just for the Classic Stack. My kids think this is what heaven tastes like. They might be right."
"The Savory Stack changed my life. Cornmeal pancakes with chipotle maple? It should not work. It absolutely works."
We only seat 40, and weekends fill up fast. Reserve your spot and we will have the griddle warm and the coffee ready.
